finally , discharge from the hospital
with wbc 24.7
No medication taken
No medication given
just ultrasound and x ray done
and some blood test.
Not even a tablet i swallow
and my pain reduce just like that
i even have good sleep in the ward
the next morning i open my eye
trust me, the pain gone.
They dont even prescribe me with any antibiotic or analgesia
I put everything in prayer.
he is my shelter when i was in pain , in afraid.
I think thats acute appendicitis
but i was just too afraid of surgery,
intubation and all the pain i have to encouter.
so i pray to God.
I only want God to heal me
i dont want human to heal me.
God please heals me
i dont have to undergo surgery.
I think God listened to my prayer
my family and my friends' prayers too.
Emmm...
Finally at 10am,
seen by specialist
i can discharge with TCA in gynae clinic
TCA PRN if have symptons again.

I am so happy that i dont have to undergo surgery.
No one could have high wbc in mid cycle ovulation pain or pcos
thats not a diagnosis pun , just an impression.
plus thats not even anything to do with
inflammation or infection.
no doctor could explain why my wbc could be that high
but still i have good appetite
(eventhough im still in nil by mouth phrase, but i feel drooling seeing them eating cheese cake infront of me)
no vomit or nausea
seriously afebrile.
And suddenly diminished RIF pain at 9pm.
The most important symptom
RIF pain , sudden onset at 2pm

the most scary time , review by specialist
because the specialist will decide if i should have
operation immediately or not.
since my RIF pain has reduced
he KIV the operation and refer me to gynae team.
The MO who admit me look like nervous
because they admit someone who looks well and smiling at them
He tried to explain to specialist about me having severe RIF
pain in casualty and clinic. They admit me for my wbc reach 24.7 with rebound tenderness and rovsing sign positive.
The moment specialist came
whatever rebound tenderness and rovsing sign
all negative.
just one or two hours before the emergency operation
the doctors have planned for me.
My pain slowly reduce....
till painscore 1.
