Retire plan?
I have been talking about retiring, but never have any actual plan except plan to buy more houses.
then
i make mine.
1. a year a house
2. save rm1100 a month
in my 35, i would have purchase 2 million worth of properties.
then sell some of it , get the cash and invest in stock market.
i guess i am.going to retire with 1 million worth of real estate and 1 million worth of stock market investment.
fight to it !
